With fixed assets exceeding RMB 20 million, an 8,000 m² modern facility, and over 80 professionals, the company deploys more than 40 high-precision machines, including CNC internal/external cylindrical grinders, 5-axis machining centers, wire-cut EDM, and die-sinking EDM. These assets effortlessly handle extreme-tolerance non-standard profiles—from micro-hole drawing dies of 0.5 mm diameter to large wear-resistant bushings weighing several hundred kilograms—while consistently achieving micron-level accuracy. The powder metallurgy line is equipped with fully automatic presses, low-pressure sintering furnaces, and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) systems, ensuring complete control from wet milling to densified sintering, thereby guaranteeing consistent grain structure and material performance.
End-to-End Quality Control
The central laboratory features CMMs, Vickers hardness testers, vision measurement systems, and metallographic analyzers, performing multi-stage inspection on incoming raw materials, semi-finished parts, and final products. Digitally recorded inspection data and a full batch traceability system ensure every process step is documented, delivering the consistency and zero-defect reliability required in oil & gas drilling, chemical processing, environmental machinery, and other applications characterized by severe abrasion, high corrosion, and elevated temperatures and pressures.
Unified R&D and Scientific Management
The company practices an “R&D as management” philosophy through a scientific management platform comprising material scientists, process engineers, and project managers. This structure enables concurrent engineering across powder formulation, die design, sintering, and finish machining. To address high-pressure differentials, extreme wear, and aggressive corrosion, we offer carbide bushings, seal rings, ball valve seats, thread rolling wheels, stamping dies, precision cutting tools, electronic-grade carbide plates, flattening dies, wire drawing dies, and carbide-metal composite wear assemblies, as well as complete tool sets for oil and gas drilling.
